McKonly & Asbury Announces Promotions

McKonly & Asbury is excited to announce promotions for fourteen of our team members! These team members exemplify our Core Values on a regular basis, and we are pleased to acknowledge their contributions to the firm. With these promotions three team members advance to Principal, three to Manager, three to Supervisor, four to Senior Accountant, and one to System Administrator.

Our focus on our team continues to be the vision that drives our culture, and we are fortunate to have some of the best and brightest talent in Pennsylvania working for us. Please join us in congratulating these team members.

Principal

Lynnanne Bocchi – Principal, CPA, CIA, CISA, MBA

Lynnanne joined McKonly & Asbury in 2018 and is currently a Principal with the firm. She is a key member of our firm’s System and Organization Controls (SOC) Practice, preparing SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 reports for our clients. She holds the AICPA Advanced SOC Certification for planning, performing, and reporting on SOC for service organizations engagements. In addition, she leads IT security internal control assessments for audit clients. Lynnanne works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting along with an M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University. She is also a certified internal auditor and certified information systems auditor.

Timothy Showers – Principal

Tim joined McKonly & Asbury in 2012 and is a Principal in the firm’s Audit & Assurance (A&A) Segment. Tim is a leader within the firm’s Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Practice, and he serves clients in the areas of manufacturing and employee benefit plans as well. He is also an active member of the firm’s A&A Committee, which exercises oversight over the firm’s A&A Segment, leads training efforts, and provides thought leadership to ensure our team and clients are apprised of the most recent developments in technical literature. Tim works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting and Economics from Messiah University.

Jackie Winchell – Principal, CPA

Jackie joined McKonly & Asbury in 2013 and is currently a Principal with the firm. Jackie is a member of the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Segment, specializing in serving clients in the nonprofit industry, providing expertise on audit and accounting standards with a focus on the requirements of the Uniform Guidance and Government Auditing Standards. Jackie also serves clients in the affordable housing industry, working with clients in all phases of the development process as well as during operations. Jackie works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Lebanon Valley College.

Manager

Dan Dorgan – Manager, CPA

Dan joined McKonly & Asbury in 2018 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. He is a member of the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Segment, primarily working with clients in the manufacturing and construction industries, and also performs employee benefit plan audits. Dan works out of our Lancaster office and holds a degree in Accounting from Susquehanna University.

Alyssa Irish – Manager, CPA

Alyssa joined McKonly & Asbury in 2017 and is currently a Manager with the firm. As a member of the firm’s Tax Segment, she provides a wide range of services to clients by performing tax returns for partnerships, corporations, individuals, trusts, and nonprofits. She specializes in affordable housing partnerships and nonprofit taxes. Alyssa works out of our Lancaster office and holds a degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown College.

Chad Roeder – Manager, CPA

Chad joined McKonly & Asbury in January 2019 and is currently a Manager with the firm. He is a member of the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Segment, servicing clients in various industries including nonprofit, construction, and manufacturing. Chad works out of our Bloomsburg office and holds a degree in Accounting with a minor in Management from Bloomsburg University.

Supervisor

Maegan Cassel- Supervisor

Maegan joined McKonly & Asbury in 2019 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. She is a member of the firm’s Tax Segment, primarily working with clients in real estate and ESG to prepare Pass-through entity, corporate, and individual tax returns. Maegan works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

Matt Koppenhoffer – Supervisor

Matt joined McKonly & Asbury in 2020 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. He is a member of the firm’s Audit & Assurance Segment, serving the manufacturing and construction industries as well as performing employee benefit plan audits. Matt works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Susquehanna University.

Hillary Daecher – Marketing Supervisor

Hillary joined McKonly & Asbury in 2017 and is currently a Marketing Supervisor with the firm. She focuses on the marketing functions, tasks, and duties which support the firm’s growth, engagement, and marketing efforts, both internally and externally. Hillary works out of our Lancaster office and holds a degree in English and Communications from the University of Delaware.

Senior Accountant

Karley Berry – Senior Accountant

Karley joined McKonly & Asbury in 2021 and is currently a Senior Accountant with the firm. She is a member of the firm’s Tax Segment, servicing clients in the affordable housing and real estate industry along with various Pass-through entities. Karley works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Kutztown University.

Mara Bowman – Senior Accountant

Mara joined McKonly & Asbury in 2021 and is currently a Senior Accountant with the firm. She is a member of the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Segment, servicing clients in affordable housing and nonprofit segments. Mara works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University.

Kaitlyn McConnell – Senior Accountant

Kaity joined McKonly & Asbury in 2021 and is currently a Senior Accountant with the firm. She primarily works with clients in the SOC industry and employee benefit plan audits. Kaity was part of McKonly & Asbury’s internship program at two different stages of her college career before becoming a full-time employee. Katilyn works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Lebanon Valley College.

Daphne Schmuck – Senior Accountant

Daphne joined McKonly & Asbury in January of 2023 and is currently a Senior Accountant with the firm. She is a member of the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Segment, servicing clients in construction and manufacturing segments, as well as employee benefit plan’s. Daphne works out of our Lancaster office and holds a degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University.

System Administrator

Devin Tipton – System Administrator

Devin joined McKonly & Asbury in 2021 and is currently a System Administrator in IT Department. Devin provides remote and in person technical support for our end users. He assists with managing and configuring end devices using tools such as Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune. Additionally, he helps onboard and orientate new employees to their devices. Devin works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Biology from Pennsylvania State University.
