Director
Mark Welliver, CPA
Mark is an Assurance Director with extensive experience serving nonprofit organizations and affordable housing entities. He provides audit, assurance, and advisory services to a broad range of mission-driven entities, including charitable organizations, foundations, associations, and social service providers and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments. Mark works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a Business Administration Degree, majoring in Accounting from Shippensburg University.
Senior Manager
Diane Else, CPA
Diane is a Senior Manager with the firm. She is a member of the firm’s Tax Segment focusing on business and individual taxation as well as managing back-office accounting support for a variety of clients. With over 20 years of public accounting experience, she provides strategic tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to individuals and businesses, helping clients navigate complex tax matters while identifying opportunities to achieve their financial objectives. She works out of our Bloomsburg office and holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA from Wilkes University.
Manager
Adam Gilbert, CPA
Adam joined McKonly & Asbury in 2022 and is a Manager with the firm. He is a member of the firm’s Tax Segment, primarily working with family-owned businesses and providing guidance on pass-through entity (PTE), corporate, and individual tax returns. Adam also provides clients tax planning and compliance support. He works out of our Bloomsburg office and holds a B.S. in Accounting from King’s College.
Ryan Handley, CISSP, Lead CCA
Ryan joined McKonly & Asbury in 2025 and is a Manager with the firm’s Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Assessment team. In addition to performing CMMC Level 2 assessments for clients, Ryan assists with maintaining M&A’s CMMC environment and status as a Certified Third-Party Assessor Organization (C3PAO) within the CMMC ecosystem. He works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a B.S. in Software Engineering from Shippensburg University.
Andrew Puleo, CPA
Andrew is an Assurance Manager providing audit, assurance, and advisory services to a broad range of entities. Andrew specializes in architecture, engineering, and construction audits and reviews as well as overhead (FAR 31), employee benefit plan, and health plan audits. In his role, Andrew manages day-to-day audit operations, mentors junior staff, and works closely with clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. He works out of the Lancaster office and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Messiah University.
Tanner Rock, CPA
Tanner is an Assurance Manager specializing in serving manufacturers and nonprofit organizations. He provides audit, assurance, and advisory services to a broad range of entities. In his role, Tanner manages day-to-day audit operations, mentors junior staff, and works closely with clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. He is actively involved in staff training and plays a key role in process improvement initiatives within the firm. Tanner works out of the Lancaster office and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lebanon Valley College.
Laura Sherman, CPA
Laura is an Assurance Manager specializing in providing audit services to manufacturing and distribution companies, as well as employee benefit plans. She oversees audit engagements throughout all phases of the process, managing day-to-day operations to ensure engagements are executed efficiently, comply with professional standards, and are completed within deadlines. Laura works out of the Lancaster office and holds a B.S. in Accounting as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.
Supervisor
Mara Bowman, MBA
Mara is an Assurance Supervisor, focusing on serving nonprofit organizations and affordable housing entities. She provides audit, assurance, and advisory services to a broad range of mission-driven entities, including charitable organizations, foundations, associations, and social service providers and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments. Mara works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Shippensburg University as well as an MBA in Forensic and Fraud Examination from Seton Hill.
Cecily Carl, CIA, CISA
Cecily joined McKonly & Asbury in December of 2023 and is Supervisor with the firm. She is a member of the firm’s Advisory and Business Consulting
Segment, serving clients as an internal auditor and resource on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) engagements, QAR engagements, and Governmental audits. She is also a member of the firm’s System and Organization Controls (SOC) practice. Cecily serves a wide range of industries in both public and private sectors. She works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a B.S. in Accounting as well as an M.S. in Sports Analytics and Management from American University.
Mary Kilcoyne, CPA
Mary is an Assurance Supervisor, focusing on serving nonprofit organizations, affordable housing entities, and healthcare organizations. She provides audit, assurance, and advisory services to a broad range of mission-driven entities, including charitable organizations, foundations, associations, and social service providers.She is known for her proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to navigate the complex reporting and regulatory requirements unique to these sectors. In her role, Mary collaborates closely with both clients and engagement teams to ensure deadlines are met and high-quality deliverables are produced. She works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lebanon Valley College.
Senior Accountant
Sam Bailey
Sam joined McKonly & Asbury in January 2024 and is a Senior Accountant with the firm. He is a member of the firm’s Tax Segment, servicing clients with tax returns for partnerships, individuals, trusts, and corporations. Same works out of our Lancaster office and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Millersville University.
DJ Chehovin
DJ Chehovin joined McKonly & Asbury in 2023 as a summer intern and later joined the firm full time after graduating in 2024 and is a Senior Accountant with the firm’s Tax Segment. He primarily works on individuals, small businesses, and S-Corporations. DJ works out of the Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from West Virginia University.
Emma Hagg
Emma is an Assurance Senior Accountant, providing audit and assurance services to nonprofit organizations and affordable housing entities. She is part of the firm’s specialized team servicing clients such as charitable organizations, foundations, associations, and social service providers and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments. Emma works out of our Lancaster office and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Messiah University.
Harry Iannelli
Harry is a Senior Accountant in the firm, providing support for for-profit and nonprofit clients as well as 401(k) audits. In addition, Harry also provides tax support for various industries. He works out of the Philadelphia office and holds a B.S. in Accounting from West Chester University.
Jordan Miller, CPA
Jordan is an Assurance Senior Accountant in the firm, focusing primarily on manufacturing & distribution as well as employee benefit plan audits. He works out of the Lancaster office and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Messiah University.
Kaitlyn Naylor
Kaitlyn is an Assurance Senior Accountant, providing audit and assurance services to clients in the healthcare and manufacturing & distribution industries as well as performs employee benefit plans audits. She completed a summer internship with McKonly & Asbury prior to joining the firm full time in 2025. Kaitlyn works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Messiah University.
