About Mark
Mark Welliver is a Director with more than 16 years of public accounting experience providing audit and advisory services to nonprofit organizations and affordable housing entities. He specializes in financial statement and compliance audits, including organizations subject to federal funding requirements and industry-specific regulations.
Mark has extensive experience with audits performed in accordance with Uniform Guidance, Government Auditing Standards, and program-specific compliance requirements. His technical expertise includes Single Audits, HUD-assisted and HUD-insured projects, United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development programs, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments. He has worked extensively with organizations and projects involving various state housing and funding agencies, including the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, and Delaware State Housing Authority, providing clients with practical guidance in navigating complex financial reporting and compliance requirements.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys golfing and cheering on the Steelers, Penn State Nittany Lions football, and Chelsea F.C.
