Firm Achieves CMMC Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO) Authorization
Our firm has successfully met the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) authorization requirements and is now officially designated as a Certified Third-Party Assessor Organization (C3PAO). With this achievement, McKonly & Asbury is on the initial list of the first 35 firms posted to the Cyber AB website in the country to earn this designation.
CMMC is a critical framework developed by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) to ensure that contractors in the defense industrial base (DIB) meet rigorous cybersecurity standards to protect sensitive government data. As a C3PAO, our team is now authorized to conduct Level 2 certification assessments of organizations seeking CMMC certification, a requirement for any DoD contractor involved in handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
