Exciting Growth: New Additions to Partnership Group

We are pleased to announce the expansion of our partnership group with four new members, effective January 1, 2025. This expansion reflects our ongoing growth and dedication to delivering exceptional service to our clients, while cultivating a collaborative and dynamic environment for our employees.

The new additions to the partnership group include:

• Lindsay Young joined McKonly & Asbury in 2003 and has played a pivotal role in the growth of the firm’s Entrepreneurial Accounting Solutions (EAS) team. Known for her outstanding client service and dedication to the firm’s people, Lindsay has consistently been recognized in the firm’s Clearly Rated surveys. Her leadership and commitment to excellence make her a natural fit for the partnership.
• Brett Bauer, CPA joined the firm in 2011 and has been an instrumental part of the firm’s audit and attest practice, focusing his technical expertise in driving the firm’s Manufacturing industry group. His leadership in the Lancaster market and the firm’s attest practice has earned him a well-deserved place in the partnership group.
• Aaron Stagliano, CPA became part of McKonly & Asbury in 2019 through the firm’s acquisition of the Bloomsburg office and has played a key role in integration of that office. Aaron’s efforts have been crucial to the firm’s growth and success in the northeast market, and the firm looks forward to his continued leadership in this region.
• Melissa Renehan, JD joined McKonly & Asbury in 2024 as part of the integration of Morris J. Cohen. She has been essential to the smooth transition of the firm’s Philadelphia office and as the firm expands its footprint in and around Philadelphia, Melissa’s leadership will be instrumental in guiding the firm into the future.
