Senior Manager

Chris Fieger, CPA, CISA

Chris joined McKonly & Asbury in 2019 and is currently a Senior Manager with the firm. He is a member of the firm’s System and Organization Controls (SOC) & Technology Consulting Practice, performing SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 engagements, as well as HITRUST and HIPAA assessments. In this capacity, Chris serves various industries including Software as a Service (SAAS), Managed Service Providers (MSP), and data centers. Chris is also a member of the firm’s Audit and Assurance Segment, serving the manufacturing industry, and is a member of the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Committee, which ensures proper implementation of new audit and accounting pronouncements across the firm. Chris works out of our Lancaster office and holds a degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from Millersville University.

Zach McLaren, CPA, MBA, CES

Zach joined McKonly & Asbury in 2022 and is currently a Senior Manager with the firm. As a member of the Tax Segment, he focuses on tax services for businesses and their respective owners. Zach has provided tax services, consulting, and other value-added services to businesses and individuals over the past 9+ years. Zach works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a BSBA in Accounting and an MBA from Shippensburg University.

Manager

Maegan Cassel

Maegan joined McKonly & Asbury in 2019 and is currently a Manager with the firm. She is a member of the firm’s Tax Segment, primarily working with clients in affordable housing and family-owned businesses providing tax services for pass-through entities, corporations, and individuals. Prior to joining the firm, Maegan worked with different small businesses in Central PA for over 10 years, providing bookkeeping and other accounting services. Maegan works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Penn State University.

Brittany Dailey, CPA

Brittany joined McKonly & Asbury in 2025 and is currently a Manager with the firm’s Entrepreneurial Accounting Solutions team. Brittany is a CPA with over 10 years of accounting experience. Brittany provides back-office accounting and tax services for a variety of clients, including small and family-owned businesses and nonprofits. She also assists clients with accounts payable and receivable, monthly close, financial statement preparation, year-end reviews, and QuickBooks setup and support. Brittany works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Penn State University.

Thomas Davis

Thomas became part of McKonly & Asbury when Morris J. Cohen & Co., P.C., (MJC) joined M&A in 2024, a move that expanded our firm’s geographic footprint to the Philadelphia area. Thomas had been with MJC since 2020. He is currently a Manager in the firm’s Tax Segment. Thomas has been working in public accounting for 6 years, and his main areas of focus are Federal, State, and Local tax planning, as well as preparation and research for the various clients our Philadelphia office serves (corporations, partnerships, S Corporations, individuals, trusts, and nonprofit entities). Thomas works out of our Philadelphia office and holds a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, and Economics from McDaniel College.

John Richter

John became part of McKonly & Asbury when Morris J. Cohen & Co., P.C., (MJC) joined M&A in 2024. John had been with MJC since June 2017. He is currently a Manager in the firm’s Audit & Assurance Segment. John has vast experience in both for-profit and nonprofit financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations in various industries including employee benefit plans, manufacturing, and oil and gas companies. John works out of our Philadelphia office and holds a degree in Accounting from Albright College.

Supervisor

Jordan Crews, CIA

Jordan joined McKonly & Asbury in June of 2022 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. He is a member of the firm’s Advisory and Business Consulting Segment, serving clients as an internal auditor and consultant on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) engagements, QAR engagements, Governmental audits and in the firm’s System and Organization Controls (SOC) practice. Jordan serves a wide range of industries in both public and private sectors and also works on financial busy season audits. Jordan works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Bob Jones University.

Brian Doheny, CCSFP

Brian joined McKonly & Asbury in 2022 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. He is a member of the firm’s System and Organizational Controls (SOC) & Technology Consulting practice performing SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 engagements, as well as HITRUST assessments. In this role, Brian serves various industries including Software as a Service (SAAS), Managed Service Providers (MSP), and data centers. Brian works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from Millersville University.

Kaity McConnell

Kaity joined McKonly & Asbury in 2021 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. She primarily works with clients in our System and Organization Controls (SOC) practice. Kaity was part of McKonly & Asbury’s internship program at two different stages of her college career before becoming a full-time employee. Kaity works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Lebanon Valley College.

Haley Merlino, MBA

Haley became part of McKonly & Asbury when Morris J. Cohen & Co., P.C., (MJC) joined M&A in 2024. Haley had been with MJC since October 2019. She is currently a Supervisor in the firm’s Audit & Assurance Segment. Haley’s main areas of focus are conducting financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations. She also assists in tax preparation services in the form of Federal and State individual returns. Haley also worked for a public accounting firm specializing in not-for-profit accounting for 2 years. Haley works out of our Philadelphia office and holds a degree in Accounting with an Information Systems Management minor from Penn State University and an MBA from Rowan University.

AJ Unsihuay, CPA

AJ became part of McKonly & Asbury when Morris J. Cohen & Co., P.C., (MJC) joined M&A in 2024. AJ had been with MJC since 2022. He is currently a Supervisor in the firm’s Tax Segment. AJ specializes in providing tax compliance services for various businesses and high-net-worth individuals. AJ works out of our Philadelphia office and holds a degree in Accounting from West Chester University.

Senior Financial Analyst

Clay Dimpsey, CVA

Clay joined McKonly & Asbury in 2023 and is currently a Senior Financial Analyst with the firm. He is a member of the firm’s Advisory and Business Consulting Segment and provides business valuation services. Clay works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Finance from Messiah University.

Senior Accountant

Hunter Gnall

Hunter joined McKonly & Asbury in 2023 and is currently a Senior Accountant with the firm. He is a member of our Audit and Assurance Segment primarily servicing clients in the nonprofit and affordable housing industries. Hunter works out of our Bloomsburg office and holds a degree in Accounting from Kutztown University.

Josh Kmieciak

Josh joined McKonly & Asbury in 2024 and is currently a Senior Accountant with the firm. He is a member of our Audit and Assurance Segment primarily servicing clients in the nonprofit sector. Josh was also part of McKonly & Asbury’s internship program the summer before joining our team full-time. Josh works out of our Bloomsburg office and holds a degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University.

Kayla Smith

Kayla joined McKonly & Asbury in 2024 and is currently a Senior Accountant with the firm. She is a member of our Audit and Assurance Segment and provides services that focus primarily on AEC and employee benefit plans. Kayla also worked in private accounting for almost 3 years prior to joining M&A. Kayla works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Messiah University.

Micah Mance

Micah joined McKonly & Asbury in 2006 and is currently a Staff Accountant with the firm’s Entrepreneurial Accounting Solutions team. She provides back-office accounting services for a variety of clients, including small and family-owned businesses and nonprofits. She assists clients with accounts payable and receivable, monthly reviews, and QuickBooks. Micah works out of our Camp Hill office and earned her degree from Harrisburg Area Community College.
