Provider Relief Fund Update: Portal Now Open for Second Reporting Period

Happy 2022! A new year means a new reporting period for the Health Resources & Services Administration’s Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Portal. The second reporting period opened on January 1, 2022 and will be available through March 31, 2022.

Provider Relief Fund Guidelines

This second reporting period applies to any organization that received total PRF greater than $10,000 between July 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020; organizations have until the portal closes on March 31, 2022, to report the use of those funds. Importantly, organizations that do not accurately report the funds within the correct Reporting Period will be out of compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the PRF, which could exclude them from receiving future payments. Furthermore, the funds may also be subject to recoupment. Below is a breakout of the reporting periods.

As noted in the table above, organizations who received funding above the threshold have a deadline of 1 year to use these funds. Furthermore, the organizations have 90 days after this deadline to report the use of these funds by way of the PRF portal.
