Upcoming M&L Compliance Management 2024 Trainings
McKonly & Asbury’s affiliate company, M&L Compliance Management (MLCM), is offering two upcoming virtual trainings on July 23, 2024, and August 13, 2024.
July 23: Understanding PHFA LIHTC & HOME Compliance Requirements
This virtual training will provide guidance on how to meet various Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program and PennHOMES Program requirements. It will indicate the PHFA policies and procedures that must be met, including a timeline of when documents are required to be submitted to PHFA and what to expect during an annual management review.

This training will take place on Tuesday, July 23 at 9:00 a.m. EDT. All participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance. This program is live, which offers the opportunity to ask questions and interact with the presenter.
August 13: Calculating Income & Assets (LIHTC) Workshop
This interactive, virtual 3-hour workshop will have an in-depth focus on determining and calculating income and assets for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program under the HOTMA guidelines which were effective January 1, 2024. Class participants will have the opportunity to try their skills on a number of practice scenarios.
