McKonly & Asbury is excited to announce promotions for ten of our team members! Three advance to Principal, two to Manager, and five to Supervisor.

Principal
Brett Bauer, CPA – Principal
Brett joined McKonly & Asbury in 2011 and is currently a Principal with the firm. As a member of the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Segment, he serves clients in a number of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. Brett leads the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Committee ensuring proper implementation of new audit and accounting pronouncements across the firm, as well as developing comprehensive training plans. Brett works out of our Lancaster office and holds a degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
Aaron Stagliano, CPA – Principal
Aaron joined McKonly & Asbury in January 2019 through the firm’s acquisition of Brewer & Company, LLC, and is currently a Principal with the firm. As a member of the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Segment, he serves a variety of clients in a number of industries, including family-owned business, construction, nonprofits, and government organizations. Aaron was previously employed by the U.S. Army as a sergeant in food services and was stationed in Germany. Aaron works out of our Bloomsburg office and holds a Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University.
Lindsay Young – Principal
Lindsay joined McKonly & Asbury in 2003 and is currently a Principal with the firm. She provides audit, tax, and consulting services, with an emphasis on family-owned business. Lindsay is a leader in the firm’s Entrepreneurial Support & Client Accounting Segment and provides a variety of outsourced accounting services. She assists with accounts payable and receivable; financial statement preparation; and various accounting software review/assistance; including QuickBooks Online and Desktop Services. Lindsay works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Messiah College.
Manager
Diane Else, CPA, MBA – Manager
Diane joined McKonly & Asbury in January 2019 through the firm’s acquisition of Brewer & Company, LLC, and currently is a Manager in the firm. As a member of the Tax Segment, she handles business tax returns as well as client notices and issues with the state and IRS. She also assists with compilations and audits along with monthly accounting work for our clients. Diane works out of our Bloomsburg office and holds an Accounting degree as well as an MBA from Wilkes University.
Kady Faller – Manager
Kady joined McKonly & Asbury in 2016 and is currently a Manager with the firm. As a member of the Assurance & Advisory Segment, she focuses on providing client services particularly in the areas of healthcare entity audits and single audits. Kady has provided audit, consulting and value-added services to more than a dozen healthcare entities over her 5+ year career. Kady is a leader in our healthcare team performing extensive research in areas of Provider Relief Funds, Healthcare Enhancement Act Funds, COVID Relief Funds, and various other government funding sources unique to healthcare. Kady works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Susquehanna University.
Supervisor
Alyssa Irish, CPA – Supervisor
Alyssa joined McKonly & Asbury in 2017 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. As a member of the firm’s Tax Segment, she provides a wide range of services to clients by performing tax returns for partnerships, corporations, individuals, trusts, and nonprofits. Alyssa works out of our Lancaster office and holds a degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown College.
Megan Lawrence – Supervisor
Megan joined McKonly & Asbury in 2017 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. She is a member of the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Segment, primarily working with clients in the affordable housing and nonprofit industries and also performs employee benefit plan audits. Megan is also a member of the Service Committee as well as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee within the firm. Megan works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a B.S.B.A. with majors in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Shippensburg University.
Jenna Metzer, CPA, MSTax – Supervisor
Jenna joined McKonly & Asbury in 2020 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. As a member of the firm’s Tax Segment, she provides a wide range of services to real estate and manufacturing clients, performing tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and individuals. Jenna works out of our Lancaster office and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, as well as a Master of Science in Taxation from Gonzaga University.
Erin Pabon-Busansky – Supervisor
Erin joined McKonly & Asbury in 2017 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. She is a member of the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Segment, primarily working with clients in the healthcare, nonprofit, and affordable housing industries. Erin is also a member of the firm’s Service Committee as well as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. She is currently studying to sit for the CPA exams. Erin works out of our Lancaster office and holds a degree in Accounting from DeSales University.
Michelle Wilton, CPA – Supervisor
Michelle joined McKonly & Asbury in 2018 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. As a member of the firm’s Tax Segment, Michelle performs tax compliance services for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. She serves clients in various industries including construction, manufacturing, retail, and real estate. Michelle is also a member of the firm’s Service Committee, assisting in organizing firm-sponsored community events. Michelle works out of our Lancaster office and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Millersville University.
