Jennifer Lam, CPA

Jennifer became part of McKonly & Asbury when Morris J. Cohen & Co., P.C., (MJC) joined M&A in 2024. Jen had been with MJC since graduating and starting her career in October 2012. She has vast experience in financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations in various industries including employee benefit plans, manufacturing, and oil and gas companies. Jennifer works out of the Philadelphia office and holds an Accounting and Finance degree as well as a Master of Accountancy degree from Villanova University.

Deborah Schneider, CPA

Debbie became part of McKonly & Asbury when Morris J. Cohen & Co., P.C., (MJC) joined M&A in 2024. Debbie had been with MJC since December 2009 and has 35 years of public accounting experience. Throughout her career, Debbie has performed financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and tax services for companies ranging from pre-revenue startups to multi-entity operations. She has experience with manufacturing, construction, software development, wholesale distribution, and not-for-profit entities with a concentration in employee benefit plans. Deborah works out of the Philadelphia office and holds a degree in Accounting from Villanova University.

Director of Marketing

Hillary Daecher

Hillary joined McKonly & Asbury in 2018 and serves as the firm’s Marketing Director, overseeing marketing strategies and initiatives that support the firm’s growth, engagement, and brand presence both internally and externally. She partners closely with firm leadership and service teams to enhance visibility, strengthen relationships, and communicate the firm’s value to clients and the community. Hillary works out of the Camp Hill office and holds a degree in English and Communications from the University of Delaware.

Director

Aubrey Emig, CPA

Aubrey joined McKonly & Asbury in 2007 and is currently a Director with the firm. She services clients in a variety of industries, with concentrations in employee benefit plans and the construction industry. Within construction and engineering, Aubrey specializes in FAR 31 overhead audits. Within employee benefit plans, Aubrey has extensive experience in conducting both 401(k) and Health & Welfare Plan audits. Aubrey also specializes in employee benefit plan audits for construction companies with prevailing wage benefits. Aubrey works out of the Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting with a Minor in Spanish from Pennsylvania State University.

Senior Manager

Dan Dorgan, CPA

Dan joined McKonly & Asbury in 2018 and is currently a Senior Manager with the firm. He is a member of the firm’s Audit & Assurance Segment, primarily working with clients in the manufacturing and construction industries. Dan also performs employee benefit plan audits. Dan works out of our Lancaster office and holds a degree in Accounting from Susquehanna University.

Luke Brautigam, CPA

Luke is an Assurance Manager, where he specializes in serving nonprofit organizations and affordable housing entities. He provides audit, assurance, and advisory services to a broad range of mission-driven entities, including charitable organizations, foundations, associations, and social service providers and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments. Luke works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Messiah University.

IT Supervisor

Jeromy Slee

Jeromy joined McKonly & Asbury in 2023 and is currently the IT Supervisor. Jeromy works out of our Camp Hill office and holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute.

Supervisor

Emily McGarry

Emily McGarry joined McKonly & Asbury in 2022 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm’s Tax Segment. She primarily works on individuals, small business, and trusts but also passthroughs for partnerships and S-Corporations. Emily works out of our Lancaster office and holds a degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown College.

Senior Accountant

Eric Dailey, MAcc

Eric is an Assurance Senior Accountant, where he provides audit and assurance services to nonprofit organizations and affordable housing entities. He is part of the firm’s specialized team servicing clients, such as charitable organizations, foundations, associations, and social service providers and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments. Eric also has 7 years of accounting experience in the retail industry. Eric works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from DeVry University along with a Master of Accountancy from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Zach D’Arcangelo, MBA

Zach is an Assurance Senior Accountant, where he provides audit and assurance services to nonprofit organizations and affordable housing entities. He is part of the firm’s specialized team servicing clients such as charitable organizations, foundations, associations, and social service providers and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments. Zach works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University as well as an MBA from Shippensburg University.

Senior Marketing Coordinator

Emily Franklin, MBA

Emily joined McKonly & Asbury in 2023 and serves as the Senior Marketing Coordinator supporting the firm’s marketing, growth, and engagement initiatives through the execution of digital content, social media, events, and brand-related activities. In this role, she manages blog content, maintains the firm’s social media presence, and develops marketing materials, email campaigns, and videos to support thought leadership, events, and firm initiatives. Emily works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Marketing as well as an MBA from Shippensburg University.
