McKonly & Asbury Announces Promotions

McKonly & Asbury is excited to announce promotions for nine of our team members! One advances to Senior Manager, one to Manager, six to Supervisor, and one to Senior Accountant.

Senior Manager

Lynnanne Bocchi, CPA, CIA, CISA, MBA – Senior Manager

Lynnanne joined McKonly & Asbury in 2018 and is currently a Senior Manager with the firm. She works in the firm’s Audit and Assurance Segment serving clients in the System and Organization Controls (SOC) and Internal Audit Practice. She manages SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, and HIPAA compliance reporting for our clients as well as supervising Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal audit engagements. She holds the AICPA Advanced SOC Certification for planning, performing, and reporting on SOC for service organizations engagements. Lynnanne works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting as well as an MBA from Pennsylvania State University.

Manager

Robert Grey, CPA – Manager

Robert joined McKonly & Asbury in January 2019 through the firm’s acquisition of Brewer & Company, LLC, and is currently a Manager with the firm. He provides a wide range of services to his clients by performing audits, reviews, and compilations working with non-profit organizations and local government entities. He also oversees the individual tax return preparation process. Robert works out of the Bloomsburg office and holds a degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University.

Supervisor

Matthew Burns – Supervisor

Matthew joined McKonly & Asbury in 2018 and is currently a Supervisor in the firm’s Entrepreneurial Support & Client Accounting Segment. Matthew provides back office accounting and tax services for a variety of clients, including small and family-owned businesses. He also assists clients with accounts payable and receivable, monthly close, sales tax compliance, financial statement preparation, and QuickBooks. Matthew works out of the Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg.

Chris Fieger, CPA – Supervisor

Chris joined McKonly & Asbury in 2019 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. He is a member of the firm’s Audit and Assurance segment serving the manufacturing industry and the firm’s System and Organization Control (SOC) practice serving various industries including Software as a Service (SAAS), Managed Service Providers (MSP) and data centers. Chris works out of the Lancaster office and holds a degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance from Millersville University.

Tyler Goldberg, CPA – Supervisor

Tyler joined McKonly & Asbury in 2017 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. As a member of the firm’s Tax Segment, he provides a wide range of services to clients by performing tax returns for partnerships, corporations, individuals, trusts, and nonprofits. Tyler works out of the Lancaster office and holds a degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown College.

Samantha Haar – Supervisor

Samantha joined McKonly & Asbury in 2017 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. She is a member of the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Segment, specializing in serving the affordable housing industry, working with clients in all phases of the development process as well as during operations. She also serves clients in the nonprofit industry, providing knowledge on audit and accounting standards with a focus on the requirements of the Uniform Guidance and Government Auditing Standards. Samantha works out of the Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Messiah College.

Emily Moretz, CPA – Supervisor

Emily joined McKonly & Asbury in July 2019 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. She is a member of the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Segment, servicing clients in the nonprofit, commercial, and construction industries as well as performing employee benefit plan audits. Emily works out of the Camp Hill office and holds a Business Administration and Accounting degree from Lebanon Valley College.

Claire Shaak – Supervisor

Claire joined McKonly & Asbury in July 2019 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. She is a member of the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Segment, servicing clients in the nonprofit and affordable housing industries. Claire works out of the Camp Hill office and holds an Accounting degree from Washington & Jefferson College.

Senior Accountant

Matt Koppenhofer – Senior Accountant

Matt joined McKonly & Asbury in July 2020 and is currently a Senior Accountant with the firm. He is a member of the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Segment, servicing clients in the healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and nonprofit industries as well as performing employee benefit plan audits. Matt works out of the Camp Hill office and holds an Accounting degree from Susquehanna University.
