The second webinar in our 3-part Affordable Housing Summer Series provided a basic understanding of the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) of Pittsburgh’s AHP program, while focusing on long-term monitoring processes and nuances related to low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) projects.
