About Deanna
Deanna joined the firm in December 2025 and is a Manager in the Tax practice out of our Philadelphia office. She focuses on tax planning and compliance for closely held businesses and their owners. Her experience includes work at a large international public accounting firm as well as smaller firms, providing her with exposure to both large private companies and family-owned businesses. Through this work, she has developed extensive experience with pass-through entities, trusts, and individual taxation. Her industry experience includes professional services, healthcare, and real estate.
Outside of work Deanna enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog Rebel. She and her husband enjoy traveling and going to Philadelphia sport games.
