The thing I enjoy most about working at M&A is the collaboration among all the employees from staff right up through partners. I feel that I can approach anyone in the firm with a question or a problem because we are all one team.

How Can I…?: Public accounting is very much a service industry. We are there to serve our clients and when they come to us with a problem or seeking advice, the first question I ask myself is “How can I help them?” Is there some research that I can do so the answer I give them is the best one possible or can I prepare a response to the taxing authority to help resolve a notice that they received, whatever the situation calls for, I am there for them.
