Firm Named One of the Pennsylvania Chamber Foundation’s 2025 Greatest Places to Intern in PA

July 31st marked National Intern Day, and we’re thrilled to celebrate with some exciting news:
McKonly & Asbury has been named one of the “50 Greatest Places to Intern in Pennsylvania” for 2025!

This recognition is particularly meaningful because it marks the first year the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has introduced this list to honor exceptional internship programs. Being included in the inaugural group is not only a tremendous honor – it’s a reflection of the outstanding experience we’ve worked hard to build into our internship program.

McKonly & Asbury also offers an incredible scholarship opportunity for students who attend Commonwealth University Bloomsburg Campus, Messiah University, Millersville University, Penn State Harrisburg, and Shippensburg University. The scholarship is $10,000 ($5,000 per semester) for students who are a junior, senior, or 5^th year student, an accounting or equivalent major pursuing a career in public accounting, have overall GPA of 3.0 or higher, and must be enrolled in one of the five qualifying colleges/universities listed above. Applications open in November of 2025 through the Lancaster County Community Foundation.
