2017 FHLBank Pittsburgh AHP Funding Round
The FHLBank Pittsburgh has announced its 2017 funding round for the Affordable Housing Program. The funding round will open on June 6 and there is approximately $23 million in funding available for 2017. Applicants may apply for a maximum of $650,000 per development. Applications are due on August 10 and awards will be announced on December 14.
Anyone interested in more details about the 2017 AHP application process can watch the AHP 101 Webinar which will be available on FHLBank Pittsburgh’s web-site on April 12. Also available on FHLB Pittsburgh’s web-site on April 12 is the Community Stability Webinar which will define the scoring elements and describe the documentation necessary to be awarded up to 20 points in the Community Stability category. A final webinar will be available on July 12 to those who initiate their application by July 11. This final webinar will highlight tips for submitting a successful AHP application.
