COLLABORATE! 2024 Annual Leadership Conference
Thursday, May 2nd, 2024
McKonly & Asbury’s signature event, COLLABORATE! 2024 is just around the corner and we could not be more excited! Our firm is not only celebrating 50 years, but 2024 will also be the 10th year we host COLLABORATE! This all-day conference is scheduled for Thursday, May 2, 2024, at the Penn Harris Hotel in Camp Hill.
Building on the success of last year’s event, we are changing things up by bringing in three dynamic keynote speakers for the general sessions, as well as creating another breakout opportunity during the day for attendees.
Morning Keynote: Robyn Benincasa, World Champion Adventure Racer; 3x Guinness World Record Endurance Kayaker; Full-Time Firefighter; New York Times Bestselling Author
Robyn Benincasa takes you inside the world of extreme adventure racing to highlight the common traits, attitudes and mindsets of the world’s most consistently high-performing teams.
For 20 years, Robyn has competed in the most rigorous conditions on earth as an adventure racer, mastering the skills required to inspire and bond with teammates in pursuit of audacious goals while working under extreme time pressures.
With a message that emphasizes caring about each other as much as ourselves, Robyn offers a unique view of how to build teams that succeed against all odds, triumph over adversity and win as one in times of great challenge and change.
Drawing from her award-winning book “How Winning Works,” as well as her experience as a full-time firefighter, she outlines steps anyone can take to create consistent world class results in every aspect of their lives.
In front of audiences, she combines academic research with incredible stories and breathtaking video footage to energize listeners, uplifting and empowering them to see opportunities instead of roadblocks and a future full of possibilities.
