McKonly & Asbury’s January webinar entitled, “The Intergenerational Workplace: What is it? Why should auditors and auditees care?” will take place on Thursday, January 30, 2020. The webinar will be hosted by Elaine Nissley, Principal, and Brian Johnson, Senior Consultant at McKonly & Asbury.
During the presentation, our speakers will provide attendees the opportunity to attain a greater understanding of intergenerational differences in the workplace. They will provide you with the opportunity to assess general differences in your workplace and learn strategies for improving intergenerational communication and relationships. Both Auditors and Auditees will learn the impacts of the generations on the audit process and strategies to navigate and overcome some of the barriers.
