About Robert
Rob joined McKonly & Asbury as the Director of Client Engagement & Growth in 2021. Rob is a business leader who has more than 20 years of experience in sales, advertising/PR, and marketing. He has served at the Director level in public accounting, with a focus on business development, since 2013, including 7 years at an international firm. His background in sales leadership includes developing and executing strategies for growth, creating increased connection and visibility to the business community for organizations, leading high-performance teams, and collaborating with leadership to develop effective processes, policies, and programs. Additionally, he has leveraged this experience, combined with 10 years in education and counseling, to create and teach curricula for accounting professionals to increase engagement, develop deeper connection and understanding, and improve service to clients and the larger business community that surrounds them.
Outside of the office Rob enjoys motorcycle riding, and writing, including The Rob Report, a weekly newsletter focused on business and leadership. He also enjoys learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
