Please join us in congratulating McKonly & Asbury Partner, David Blain, in his recognition as 2017-18 Honoree for the Penn State Harrisburg Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma. This international honor society came to serve as the foremost benchmark for quality business scholars and signified the highest honors possible within quality schools. It continues to be recognized and respected over 100 years later, as a certified member of the Association of College Honor Societies (ACHS) and with accreditation by The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
The prestigious award is presented to persons who have achieved distinction in business, and who have furthered the honor society’s ideals of honor and integrity, pursuit of wisdom, and earnestness through outstanding business and managerial leadership.
Along with being a Partner at McKonly & Asbury, David also leads the firm’s Entrepreneurial Services Group, which serves emerging businesses and provides outsourced accounting solutions. He also specializes in transaction advisory and business valuation services in various industries such as manufacturing and distribution, construction, and retail. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University, serves on the Board of Advisors for Penn State Harrisburg School of Business, and of course is an avid Penn State football fan!
The award ceremony was held this past Friday, April 20 in the Morrison Gallery in the library on the Penn State Harrisburg campus where new student inductees, their families, faculty members, and previous Chapter Honorees were in attendance.
Please join us in congratulating David on this great achievement!
