McKonly & Asbury named a 2017 “Best Accounting Firm to Work For”

Accounting Today announced its 2017 Best Accounting Firms to Work For, and McKonly & Asbury is thrilled to announce that we have once again been named on this list! This marks the 6th time that McKonly & Asbury has made this national list of 100 firms identified as companies excelling in creating quality workplaces for employees.

“The firms on this list represent the best workplaces in the accounting profession,” said Accounting Today Editor-in-Chief Daniel Hood. “They are outstanding places to build a career.”

This survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the accounting industry, benefiting the industry’s economy, workforce, and businesses.  Companies from across the United States entered a two-part survey process to determine the Best Accounting Firms to Work For. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking, and individual firm rankings will be announced in the November issue of Accounting Today.
