McKonly & Asbury Announces Promotions
McKonly & Asbury is excited to announce the promotions of five of our team members! We are fortunate to have some of the best and brightest talent in Pennsylvania working for us and we are proud to have them as part of our team.

One team member was promoted to Senior Manager:
Dan Kern, CPA – Dan joined McKonly & Asbury in 2008. He is a member of the firm’s audit and assurance segment, specializing in the real estate and nonprofit practices. Dan also manages development-stage projects, including cost certifications, 10% tests, and first-year audits, and serves clients utilizing the low-income housing tax credit and historic tax credit. Dan is an active member of his community and serves as a Deacon over finance at his church as well as a Finance Committee Member at Covenant Christian Academy.
Four team members were promoted to Senior Accountant:
Kady Faller – Kady joined McKonly & Asbury in 2016. She is a member of the firm’s audit and assurance segment, primarily serving clients in the healthcare and nonprofit industries and performs employee benefit plan audits. Kady is also active on the firm’s Audit and Accounting Committee, and in the community, she serves as a volunteer volleyball coach.
Kellye Leitholf – Kellye joined McKonly & Asbury in 2011. She is a member of the firm’s Entrepreneurial Services Group (ESG) and provides accounting, consulting, and auditing services with an emphasis on small businesses including family-owned businesses. Active in the community, Kellye serves as Treasurer at Calvary United Methodist Church and Northern Boys Basketball Booster Club. She also volunteers with the youth ministry at Grantham Brethren in Christ Church and with Junior Achievement in the Elementary School Programs.
Lauren Lightner – Lauren joined McKonly & Asbury in 2016. She is a member of the firm’s tax segment, primarily serving clients in the affordable housing and nonprofit industries. Lauren is also active in the community, and serves as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.
Ben Paulding, CFP® – Ben joined McKonly & Asbury in 2016. As a member of the firm’s audit and assurance segment, he serves clients in the construction, manufacturing, and nonprofit industries and performs employee benefit plan audits. Ben is an active volunteer in fundraising for various Central Pennsylvania charities. He is also a member of the Associated Builders and Contractor’s Young Professionals group and their Legislative Subcommittee.
