McKonly & Asbury’s January webinar entitled, “The Intergenerational Workplace: What is it? Why should auditors and auditees care?” took place on Thursday, January 30, 2020. The webinar was hosted by Elaine Nissley, Principal, and Brian Johnson, Senior Consultant at McKonly & Asbury.
During the presentation, our speakers provided attendees the opportunity to attain a greater understanding of intergenerational differences in the workplace. They provided attendees the opportunity to assess general differences in the workplace and learn strategies for improving intergenerational communication and relationships. Both Auditors and Auditees learned the impacts of the generations on the audit process and strategies to navigate and overcome some of the barriers.

This free, one hour-long webinar took place on Thursday, January 30th at 2:00 p.m. EST. One “Professional Skills Development” CPE credit was available for this webinar. The level for this CPE was overview and there were no prerequisites for attending. This program was a live webinar which offered the opportunity to ask questions and interact with the presenters.
