Ethical Skills for Leaders and the Unexpected Benefits for Organizations & Employees

In this webinar, Michael Hoffner, Managing Partner and Janice Snyder, Partner and Director of Assurance Services discussed the unexpected benefits of an ethical work environment. They focused on ethical behaviors that set the “Tone at the Top” as well as employee’s personal benefits of peace of mind, trust, and good reputation. The webinar also addressed the numerous employer benefits including improved employee morale, enhanced employee retention, increased employee productivity, and greater focus on transparency throughout the organization.

Attendees of this McKonly & Asbury Webinar gained insight on the following:

  • Define an ethical organization and ethical business practices.
  • Provide examples of the key components to drive an ethical organization, such as tone at the top, core values, incentives, cultural norms and following various codes of conduct (including the AICPA Code of Conduct).
  • Link how an ethical organization will create tangible benefits in the workplace, including improved employee morale, enhanced employee retention, increased employee productivity and greater focus on transparency throughout the organization.
