Eric Maddox, Lead Interrogator in Saddam Hussein Capture, to Keynote Collaborate 2019 Conference
McKonly & Asbury is thrilled to announce the keynote speaker for our Collaborate 2019 Conference, taking place on November 7, 2019 at the Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey! Eric Maddox was an Army interrogator in 2003 when he was assigned to a Delta Force team in Tikrit, Iraq. Over a period of 5 months, Staff Sergeant Maddox would conduct over 300 interrogations and collect the intelligence which directly led to the capture of Saddam Hussein. For that, he was awarded the National Intelligence Medal of Achievement, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Director’s Award, the Legion of Merit, and the Bronze Star.
Eric has repeatedly been able to influence those who have zero trust in him, to make the decision to give him information, even more than he asked, without using torture. Eric honed his systematic methods of creating influence in hostile environments but has found they are equally as useful in building or retaining business relationships. Eric’s keynote presentation – Trust Through Empathy Based Listening – shares the psychology of influence and how he believes it can be created in any environment.
Registration for Collaborate 2019 will be open soon, but be sure to save the date! This is a presentation you don’t want to miss!
