McKonly & Asbury’s May webinar entitled, “Ratio Analysis and Business Performance – Why Should I Care?” took place on Thursday, May 30, 2019. The webinar was hosted by David Blain, Partner and Director of McKonly & Asbury’s Entrepreneurial Services Group, and Lindsay Young, Senior Manager and leader in the Entrepreneurial Services Group.
This webinar focused on ratio analysis as a means to better understand and track business performance as well as identify potential business trends in their early stage that might have significant impacts on long term performance and overall business value. This webinar focused on key ratio performance indicators commonly used by businesses, lending institutions, valuation experts and other outside third parties.
During this webinar, attendees learned:
- What performance ratios they should be focused on.
- Why analysis and understanding of ratios is also key to review along with with traditional financial statements.
- Who uses ratio analysis and why, other than business owners.
This free, one hour-long webinar took place on Thursday, May 30th at 2:00 p.m. EST. One “Other (Management)” CPE credit was available for this webinar. The level for this CPE was basic but participants should have had a basic understanding of key performance ratios within their business. This program was a live webinar which offered the opportunity to ask questions and interact with the presenters.
