Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act

On June 16, 2020, David Blain, Partner & Director of Entrepreneurial Services and Mark Heath, Partner & Director of Tax Services discussed the recently passed Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act (PPPFA). The PPPFA provides for significant changes to the rules surrounding the Paycheck Protection Program while greatly increasing the likelihood of loan forgiveness. During this webinar, David and Mark went into further detail on the recent changes to the Paycheck Protection Program rules and its impact on business, both good and bad.
