M&L Compliance Management Training: Low-Income Housing Tax Credit/Basics Workshop
McKonly & Asbury’s affiliate company M&L Compliance Management is providing a virtual training seminar focused on Low-Income Housing Tax Credits Basics Workshop on September 14 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
This virtual training course will provide an intensive look at the process of qualifying households for the Low-Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program. It will include how to review important documents regarding the funding of a LIHTC property. It will also provide an overview of program limits, student status, eligible household members – who is or is not counted, verification requirements, and calculation of income and assets to determine household eligibility.
Registration Fee: $299
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given for cancellations received within two weeks of the date of the course or for registrants who fail to attend. A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations.
MLCM reserves the right to cancel the Workshop for lack of registrations. If this should occur, a full refund will be made. However, MLCM is not responsible for any related costs. MLCM will inform registrants of this decision at least ten days before the course begins.
