M&L Compliance Management ONLINE Advanced Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Workshop with HCCP Exam
McKonly & Asbury’s affiliate company M&L Compliance Management is providing an online training seminar focused on Advanced Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Workshop with HCCP Exam on April 19-20 from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
This two-day training will consist of the following:
Day 1 will focus on Critical Elements of the LIHTC Program to include Eligible Basis, Qualified Basis, Applicable Fraction, and Utility Allowances.
Day 2 will focus on LIHTC Basics, Asset & Income Calculation and Compliance, and the HCCP exam.
The HCCP exam is scheduled for the afternoon of Day 2.
Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) is the nationally recognized designation that establishes the standard of excellence in program knowledge, expertise, and integrity for all areas of the affordable housing tax credit industry.
Registration:
Price of Workshop and HCCP Exam: $729 per person
Price of Workshop ONLY: $579 per person
Price of Exam ONLY: $204.75 per person
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given for cancellations received within two weeks of the date of the course or for registrants who fail to attend. A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations.
MLCM reserves the right to cancel the Workshop for lack of registrations. If this should occur, a full refund will be made. However, MLCM is not responsible for any related costs. MLCM will inform registrants of this decision at least ten days before the course begins.
