HR Compliance Trends to Watch in 2021

It’s no secret that the coronavirus pandemic has changed the way we work, prompting a number of changes to employment laws and regulations in 2020 that we expect to continue in the year ahead.

Suzanne Sentman, Human Resources Director with McKonly & Asbury, hosted this webinar which featured Rick Hackman, Chair of Saxton & Stump’s Labor & Employment Group as the guest presenter. Rick has dedicated 20 years of his practice to representing employers and management in all aspects of employment law. During this webinar, Suzanne and Rick provided dialog on HR compliance trends that they are seeing as we continue into 2021.

  • Potential changes in labor and employment laws based on the new administration.
  • What they need to know as employees return to work and COVID training.

This free, one hour-long webinar took place on Thursday, February 25 at 2:00 p.m. EST. One “Other (Management)” CPE credit was available for this webinar. The level for this CPE was basic and there were no prerequisites for attending. This program was a live webinar which offered the opportunity to ask questions and interact with the presenters.
