Entrepreneurs’ Conference

McKonly & Asbury’s Entrepreneur’s Conference held on October 1, 2019 at the Giant Community Center in Camp Hill offered an experience to inform and inspire established business owners and entrepreneurs. The Entrepreneurial Services Group provided advice on lending and credit, effective communications, business valuations, and business strategy. This conference was also a prime opportunity to network with other entrepreneurs.

The conference covered relevant topics for today’s entrepreneur including a presentation covering the Ins and Outs of Lending and Credit by Eric Fischer a Bank and Lending Consultant. Carla Doyle from Dale Carnegie Mid-Atlantic reviewed the 9 Traits of Effective Communications and Human Interactions and T. Eric Blocher from McKonly & Asbury examined the Simple Understanding of Business Valuation Concepts for the Business Owner. The conference concluded with a presentation focused on How to Know if Your Strategy is Working from Bruce Nilson from Future Direction.

Attendees were eligible for 4 “Other” Continuing Professional Education Hours (1 Professional Skills Development, 2 Advisory, 1 Specialized Knowledge and Applications).
