Brett Bauer, CPA

Brett joined McKonly & Asbury in 2011 and is a Partner in the firm’s Audit & Assurance Segment. He is a leader in the firm’s manufacturing and distribution practice. Brett is actively involved in the firm’s Assurance & Advisory Committee ensuring proper implementation of new audit and accounting pronouncements across the firm, as well as the training and development of the A&A team. Brett works out of our Lancaster office and holds a degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

Melissa Renehan, JD

Melissa became part of McKonly & Asbury when Morris J. Cohen & Co., P.C., (MJC) joined M&A in 2024. Melissa had been with MJC since 1999 when she started her public accounting career. Her main areas of focus include multi-state individual, corporate, and partnership returns. Melissa is also a vital part of the MJC onboarding process and provides the MJC team with various technology assistance. Melissa works out of our Philadelphia office and holds a degree from Drexel University and a Juris Doctor from Widener University.

Aaron Stagliano, CPA

Aaron joined McKonly & Asbury in January 2019 and is dedicated to serving our Northeast PA clients, Aaron provides assurance, business advisory and tax advisory services to clients in a number of industries including family-owned business, construction, and nonprofit organizations. Prior to attending college, Aaron served in the U.S. Army as a sergeant and was stationed in Germany. Aaron was deployed to Kosovo (2003) and Iraq (2004-2005) before leaving the Army to pursue his accounting degree. Aaron works out of our Bloomsburg office and holds a Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University.

Lindsay Young

Lindsay joined McKonly & Asbury in 2003 and is the Director of Entrepreneurial Accounting Solutions. She provides tax and consulting services, with an emphasis on family-owned business. Lindsay assists with accounts payable and receivable; financial statement preparation; and various accounting software review/assistance; including QuickBooks Online and Desktop Services. Additionally, Lindsay provides private client services for higher net worth individuals with their home office. Lindsay works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Messiah University.

Director

Kelly Koman, CPA

Kelly joined McKonly & Asbury in 2013 and is a member of the firm’s Tax Segment, working primarily on S-Corporation, partnership and individual tax returns. She serves clients in a number of industries including architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) and manufacturing. She works closely with many family-owned businesses to provide tax planning at both the business and individual level. Kelly works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Elizabethtown College.

Lindsey Haney, CPA

Lindsey joined McKonly & Asbury in 2014 and is the leader of the firm’s State and Local Tax segment, assisting companies with sales tax issues and state tax compliance as well as negotiating with state taxing authorities. Lindsey helps clients navigate sales tax in numerous states and across various industries, such as retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction. Lindsey also performs tax compliance work for various types of corporations, partnerships, and individuals, specializing in multi-state tax compliance work. Lindsey works out of our Lancaster office and holds a Business Administration degree with dual concentrations in Accounting and Management from Millersville University.

Colleen Bantz

Colleen joined McKonly & Asbury in 2018 and primarily assists clients in our Entrepreneurial Accounting Solutions segment. She also works with individual clients on their tax needs. Colleen works out of our Lancaster office and holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Grove City College.

Marketing Manager

Hillary Daecher

Hillary joined McKonly & Asbury in 2018 and focuses on the marketing functions, tasks, and duties which support the firm’s growth, engagement, and marketing efforts, both internally and externally. Hillary works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in English and Communications from the University of Delaware.

Manager

Kevin Chrencik

Kevin joined McKonly & Asbury in 2022 and is a member of the firm’s Audit & Assurance Segment, serving the manufacturing industry as well as the firm’s System and Organization Controls (SOC) practice. In this capacity, Kevin serves various industries, including Software as a Service (SAAS), Managed Service Providers (MSP), and data centers. Kevin works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University.

Claire Shaak

Claire joined McKonly & Asbury in July 2019 and is a member of the firm’s Audit & Assurance Segment, servicing clients in the nonprofit and affordable housing industries. Claire works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Washington & Jefferson College.

 

Jennifer Roby – MLCM

Jennifer is currently a Compliance Manager with our affiliate MLCM since 2022. She has over 20 years of experience in affordable housing starting as a property manager in 2002 to now offering expertise and guidance in various industry topics. In addition to the LIHTC program, she is our go to for the HUD Section 8 program, vouchering, the TRACS system and technical support in affordable housing.

Karley Berry

Karley joined McKonly & Asbury in 2021 and is a member of the firm’s Tax Segment, servicing clients in the affordable housing and real estate industry, along with various passthrough entities. Karley works out of the Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Kutztown University.

Luke Brautigam, CPA

Luke joined McKonly & Asbury in 2022 and is a member of the firm’s Audit & Assurance Segment, servicing clients in the nonprofit and affordable housing industries. Luke works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Messiah University.

 

Brittany Dailey

Brittany joined McKonly & Asbury in 2024 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm’s Entrepreneurial Accounting Solutions team. Brittany provides outsourced accounting and tax services for a variety of clients, including small and family-owned businesses and nonprofit entities. She also assists with accounts payable and receivable, monthly close, financial statement preparations, and QuickBooks support. Brittany works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Penn State University.

Sophia Hsu 

Sophia joined McKonly & Asbury in 2021 and is a member of the firm’s Tax Segment, serving clients in corporate, individual, and nonprofit practices.  Sophia works remotely and holds a degree in Accounting from Messiah University.

 

Michael Murray, CCP, CCA

Mike joined McKonly & Asbury in 2022 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. Mike is a member of the Internal Audit Services group, in which he handles internal and external IT focused projects for clients in the manufacturing, construction, and retail segments. He is also one of the founding members of our CMMC C3PAO assessment team, implementing CMMC practices within the firm in preparation for our DIBCAC Level 2 assessment. Mike’s background also includes nearly 10 years of service in U.S. Army as a Human Intelligence Collector, including two tours in Iraq, and 3 years as an Intelligence Collection Officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency. Mike works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Digital Forensics from Bloomsburg University.

Andrew Puleo, CPA 

Andrew joined McKonly & Asbury in 2022 and is a member of the firm’s Audit & Assurance Segment. Andrew works primarily with clients in our architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries as well as performs employee benefit plan audits. Andrew completed one summer and one busy season internship with the firm as well as the summer externship program prior to joining McKonly & Asbury full time. Andrew works out of our Lancaster office and holds a degree in Accounting from Messiah University.

Tanner Rock, CPA 

Tanner joined McKonly & Asbury in 2022 and is a member of the firm’s Audit & Assurance Segment. He works primarily with clients in the manufacturing and nonprofit industries. Tanner completed one internship with the firm prior to joining M&A full time. Tanner works out of our Lancaster office and holds a degree in Accounting from Lebanon Valley College.

Daphne Schmuck, MBA 

Daphne joined McKonly & Asbury in January of 2023 and is a member of the firm’s Audit & Assurance Segment, servicing clients in our architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries as well as manufacturing segment, and employee benefit plans. Daphne works out of our Lancaster office and holds a degree in Accounting along with an MBA from Shippensburg University.

Laura Sherman

Laura joined McKonly & Asbury in 2023 and is currently a Supervisor with the firm. She is a member of the firm’s Audit & Assurance Segment, servicing clients in the manufacturing and employee benefit plan industries. Laura works out of our Lancaster office and holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.

Deena Brown

Deena joined McKonly & Asbury in 2024 and is currently a Staff Accountant with the firm’s Entrepreneurial Accounting Solutions team. Deena provides outsourced accounting services for small and family-owned businesses as well as nonprofit entities. She also assists with monthly closes, financial statement preparation and Quickbooks. Deena works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Messiah University.

Mary Kilcoyne

Mary joined McKonly & Asbury in 2023. She had initially completed an internship with McKonly & Asbury and later joined as a full-time employee. She is part of the firm’s Audit & Assurance Segment, primarily helping to serve clients in the healthcare industry. Mary works out of the Camp Hill office, and she holds a degree in Accounting from Lebanon Valley College.

Krina Patel

Krina joined McKonly & Asbury in November 2022 and is a member of the firm’s Entrepreneurial Accounting Solutions segment. She provides back-office accounting services for a variety of clients, including small and family-owned businesses. Krina also assists clients with accounts payable and receivable, monthly close, sales tax compliance, financial statement preparation and QuickBooks. Krina works out of our Camp Hill office and holds a degree in Accounting from Kean University.

Executive Assistant

Julie Murtoff

Julie joined McKonly & Asbury in 2022 and is an Executive Assistant as well as the CPE Coordinator for the firm. She serves as the assistant to the following segments: Entrepreneurial Accounting Solutions, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), as well as the Employee Benefit Plan team. She came from the healthcare field during COVID and switched to accounting. Julie works with the audit team finalizing audit and board presentations. She is a new member to the Pep Squad and also a member of the Wellness Committee. Julie works out of the Camp Hill office.
