Classical Academic Press (CAP) is in search of a full time Marketing Coordinator with 2-3 years prior experience. CAP is a faith-based owned and operated company. It is a fast-growing publisher of curricula and media for classical schools, Christian schools, classical home schools and classical charter schools. The company is located in Camp Hill, PA, has 25 full-time employees and works with scores of contracted, free-lance professionals such as authors, illustrators, and editors. For twenty years, CAP has brought award-winning, creative products to the marketplace and has continued to show strong growth year after year. CAP now seeks a full time Marketing Coordinator to help continue this trend.
We are looking for a highly collaborative, excellent communicator who is a data-driven marketer, and able to consistently prioritize and execute projects independently with high-quality outputs. The candidate will manage the majority of CAP’s marketing funnel. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various members of the Marketing team.
The Marketing Coordinator will attract site traffic, convert that traffic into new leads, and nurture those leads to turn them into customers. This will be accomplished through both social media and e-newsletter campaigns, planning product release campaigns, managing and gauging audience and trends, and promoting CAP through strategic partnerships.
The candidate will manage our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics which grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company. The qualified candidate will have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
The Marketing Coordinator will work towards increasing open and click-through rates by developing and tracking email campaigns to ultimately increase CAP’s business’ email marketing success.
A Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience working in a similar organization or field is preferred. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in the use of HubSpot, Facebook Pixel, Google WorkSpace, Adobe Creative Suite, and demonstrate an ability to quickly learn various company-wide computer platforms for team management, collaboration and communication.
