Bridgeford’s Breakfast Presentation & Reception: May 18 from 8-10am at the Lancaster Marriott
Join Bridgeford for a breakfast presentation and reception on Wednesday, May 18 at the Lancaster Marriott. The presentation entitled, The Power of Modern U.S. Trust Law and Private Placement Life Insurance, will consider asset protection, privacy, and compelling tax planning strategies achievable by simply selecting the proper trust jurisdiction. Registration and breakfast begins at 8:00am with the presentation (pending CLE approval) from 8:30-9:30am followed by networking until 10:00am.

Bridgeford’s Evening Presentation & Reception: May 18 from 5-7pm at the Harrisburg Hilton
Then in the evening, for those of you closer to the Harrisburg area, join Bridgeford for an evening presentation and reception on Wednesday, May 18 at the Harrisburg Hilton. Again, they will present on The Power of Modern U.S. Trust Law and Private Placement Life Insurance. Registration and networking begins at 5:00pm with the presentation from 5:30-6:30pm followed by networking until 7:00pm. Hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be available throughout the evening.

Bridgeford at McKonly & Asbury’s Collaborate! 2022 Conference: May 19 at the Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey
As you may already know, McKonly & Asbury’s Collaborate! 2022 Conference appeals to the whole business community and incorporates a keynote from Merril Hoge, Former NFL Running Back and author, dynamic general sessions, and a variety of specialized breakout sessions for attendees to choose from. It is taking place on Thursday, May 19 at the Sheraton Harrisburg-Hershey Hotel from 7:30am-5:30pm.
David Warren, Co-Founder and Chairman of Bridgeford Trust Company, will be presenting at one of the breakout sessions, Modern U.S. Trust Law: Asset Protection and Privacy in a Transparent World. During this presentation, David will discuss:
- The Pandora Papers and other massive international data breaches and their impact on government regulation as well as calls for greater urgency around transparency in the financial services industry.
- Information disclosure requirements, both domestically and internationally, with a discussion around the Corporate Transparency Act, FATCA, and CRS.
- The U.S. emergence as a privacy and asset protection haven for domestic and international families, as well as modern trust law planning tools available to families and their advisors.
- A comparison of “top-tier” U.S. trust jurisdictions and the vital importance of selecting the proper trust jurisdiction under current statutory guidance and emerging case law.
